Last updated: June 18, 2026. This page gives the current booking framework for Sxphy Recording Studio. Final commercial terms must also appear in the project quotation or confirmation.

Quotes and scope

Starting prices are not a promise that every project will cost the same. The written quotation should identify services, studio time, song count, deliverables, revision limits, sessionists, payment schedule, and exclusions.

Reservation and down payment

Exact down payment amount and deadline: To be updated. A date is not guaranteed until Sxphy confirms the booking and any required reservation payment is received.

Rescheduling and cancellation

Final notice periods, forfeiture rules, and emergency exceptions: To be updated. Clients should contact Sxphy as early as possible. Sessionist bookings and third-party costs may have separate terms.

Session time

Setup, file preparation, tuning discussions, breaks, and requested changes may use booked time. Arriving late does not automatically extend the session when another booking or staff schedule follows.

Revisions

The quotation must state included revisions. A revision adjusts work within the agreed direction. New recordings, arrangement changes, replacement stems, new creative direction, or extensive editing may require a new fee and schedule.

Files and backups

Clients should keep their own copies of delivered files. Sxphy’s file-retention period and archive fee are To be updated. Long-term storage is not guaranteed unless agreed in writing.

Credits and portfolio use

Credits should reflect actual services. Sxphy will request permission before publicly sharing unreleased music, private files, or a client’s project story.

Client responsibility

The client confirms that submitted music, beats, samples, lyrics, recordings, images, and other materials can be lawfully used for the project. Rights and clearances remain the client’s responsibility unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
